1980 38' C & C YACHTS 38

This 1980 C & C Landfall 38, "Coventina", is a classic cruiser.  The Landfall 38 was introduced in 1979 and continued production until 1985.  The interior consists of a forward V-berth, main salon with teak and holly sole, U shaped galley, separate NAV station, single head, and double aft bunk to port.  Upgrades to this boat include new propane wiring, AC/Heat, new electrical wiring, hot water heater, and battery charger.  The hull was freshly painted in 2010.  Current owner bought the boat in 2006.  Owner motivated, will entertain offers!
