The seller has not been able to fully maintain the boat so there is some TLC that will have to be performed to bring her up to par. There are no known mechanical or structural issues. This is a great deal if you can put a little work into her!
Seller Notes: "I am pretty sure the 12 volt wiring might need a few replacements, however the 110 volt is in working condition. It is a fairly new diesel Yanmar with less than 800 hours. The 12 volt batteries were not worth keeping so I discarded them because a new owner I think they would like to put their own choice of batteries in. The upper part of the hull needs a good wash down and waxing and the deck needs a little repair and prep prior painting.
There is a small section, approx. 2' by 4' of deck that needs fiberglassing. I preped it but was niot able to do the finishing.
The Pearson is considered a very well built boat and if a prospective buyer is willing to do a bit of work it will be a good buy."
Sweet boat that will not last long! Please make an inquiry or call for more information, to set a showing or make an offer!
